The REPORT OF INFORMATION
On May, 5th, 2006 in second half of day in office Swedish provajderskoj company PRQ giving a hosting to agency " Caucasus-center ", there have arrived representatives of public police of Sweden and workers of a server "KTS" have confiscated.
To the head provajderskoj to company PRQ it has been declared, that withdrawal of servers is carried out under the order of the public prosecutor and questions concerning an event it is necessary to address all in its address.
During withdrawal of servers the report which has been transferred to the head of company PRQ has been made.
After receipt of the information on police action against "Caucasus-center" the legal owner of servers, the citizen of Finland Mikael Sturshe has communicated with the Swedish public prosecutor. During conversation the following was found out.
- The direct order about withdrawal of servers "Caucasus-center" was given by the international public prosecutor in Stockholm Haakan Rosval (Hakan Roswall)
- As the basis for withdrawal the official application of embassy of the Russian Federation has served in Sweden which has accused agency " Caucasus-center " of instigation to violence
- Haakan Rosval has declared, that it has ostensibly the right to undertake similar actions, not addressing in court if charges concern to criminal questions
- Haakan Rosval has declared, that if charges will prove to be true, it can submit the case to court. It as has declared, that can and not submit the case to court, and ostensibly can not return thus a server
- What is surprisingly, international public prosecutor Haakan Rosval has declared, that the law on a freedom of speech does not concern websites and to them we shall not apply
- Haakan Rosval has explained, that there are no claims in general to a content of a site, and that in its decision there is no political underlying reason, and the main reason of confiscation of servers became charge from embassy of the Russian Federation to address of "KTS" on a concrete question - the site publishes clauses and letters of readers on events in Nalchik, " approving murders and violence ".
- Haakan Rosval has explained, that it is measured to check up these charges. On a question why check could not be made without confiscation of servers, the public prosecutor has declared, that has considered necessary to operate thus as " eulogy of illegal actions is infringement of the law ".
The legal owner of servers "Caucasus-center" Mikael Sturshe has declared, that considers actions of the international public prosecutor in Stockholm as infringement of the law, dictated by the political grounds, carried out under pressing of the Russian Federation, and is measured to undertake necessary legal steps in connection with absolutely scandalous and illegal action of public prosecutor Haakana Rosvala.
In this connection Mikael Sturshe reminds of recent history with resignation of Minister for Foreign Affairs of Sweden which has been compelled to leave the post only because one of ordinary officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has tried to put verbal pressure upon the Swedish website which has published offensive caricatures on Prophet Muhammada ( a.s.s).
On a background of serious political scandal burst in Sweden only owing to attempt of a hint on discontent of the state official with the publication on a website, the action of public prosecutor Haakan Rosval against agency " Caucasus-center " looks more than scandalous and surprising.
