Stratfor - "Bandits" killed two Russian peacekeepers carrying money for peacekeepers' salaries in Georgia's breakaway region of Abkhazia on Aug. 2, de facto Abkhazian Interior Minister Otar Khetsiya said. There were no early indications or accusations that the Georgian government was involved in the attack.
