The militia made a protocol on him under part 2, Article 20.2 of the RF Code of Administrative Offences. Mr Nalyotov, an activist of the Committee of Anti-War Actions, told about it to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent himself. The "Caucasian Knot" has informed earlier that "after the end of the meeting in memory of Politkovskaya, Andrei Nalyotov was detained and delivered to the Tver Interior Department (OVD) of Moscow. Moscow Mayor Yury Luzhkov has inked the ruling that sets forth actions to implement the law on the RF citizens’ rights to rallies, meetings, demonstrations, marches and pickets in the city.
