According to her story, this year national-enmity-motivated attacks have been registered in 31 regions. Among the "leaders" are Moscow, St-Petersburg and Nizhni Novgorod. "This year in Moscow 24 persons perished and 113 others suffered as a result of racist attacks. In St-Petersburg four persons were lost and 64 others wounded. Nizhni Novgorod has 34 victims," Ms Kozhevnikova said. According to the data of the "Sova" Centre, quoted by the "Interfax," in 2007 Russia has also witnessed more frequent cases of vandalism.
