Khidriev brothers suspected of blowing up the "Neva-Express" train face no charges

The suspected of undermining the "Neva-Express" train Maksharip Abdul-Karimovich and Amirkhan Abdul-Karimovich Khidriev have faced no charges yet.

Ayup Khidriev, brother of the detainees, has informed the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that the court had appointed the freedom restriction measure to the brothers in the form of a 30-day arrest. The Khidrievs are kept in the building of the pre-trial isolation facility of the GOVD (City Police Unit) of Veliki Novgorod. Since October 31, nobody is let to meet them.

When Murad Yunusov, Maksharip Khidriev's advocate, was not admitted to see his client, he was shown a letter of inspector Ushapovskiy, which ran: "No external persons, including the participants of the criminal trial, shall be let in without my permit." RUSSIA, Moscow. On November 1, the Constitutional Court of Russia determined it would not examine the complaint of SPS (Union of Right Wing Forces) member and journalist Vladimir Kara-Murza. The applicant requested that the court examine the Russian Constitutional law passed in July of last year, in accordance with people with dual citizenship were forbidden from being elected to the Parliament of Russia and the legislative assemblies of the Federation, and were also prevented from becoming President of the country and from holding other high state offices.

The judicial session was conducted in private. Murza's official representative in the Constitutional Court Vadim Prokhorov was not even allowed in the room.
