Human rights activists have condemned the actions of power agents of Ingushetia under a simulated evacuation from the Republic's Clinical Hospital in Nazran. The training alert was announced there on August 21; however, at first, only law enforcement bodies knew about it, while ordinary people took the mess for the reality and were strongly frightened.
On August 21, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Ingushetia announced that an unknown person had called the city militia unit and said that a woman-suicide bomber had penetrated into the territory of the hospital aiming to commit a terror act there. The building of the hospital was cordoned, and all the people inside - about two hundred in total - were evacuated and gathered in the yard.
By her appearance and behaviour, the visitor to the hospital alerted the personnel; they noticed a "shahid belt" on her and gave the alarm. Then, the woman disappeared, as reported by the "Ingushetia.Org".
Later, Valery Zhirnov, acting Minister of Internal Affairs of Ingushetia, said that employees of law enforcement bodies of Ingushetia had held an exercise in the territory of the Republic's Clinical Hospital, and there was no real woman-terrorist there.
The "Gazeta.GZT.Ru" writes that Magomed Mutsolgov, leader of the human rights organization "Mashr", has treated the behaviour of power agents in the hospital as "disgraceful and brutal."
"If these are new methods of work, then they cause huge indignation, including me personally," the "NEWSru.com" quotes Mr Mutsolgov as saying.
