28/7/2007 ChCNS: old men and children were beaten during special operation in Ingushetia
Many of the Russian militaries who conducted today a special operation in Ali-Yurt village of the Nazran District of Ingushetia, were in the state of alcoholic intoxication, behaved rudely, offended old men, women and children, and threatened them with murder.
The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was informed about it at the Ingushetia-based "Chechen Committee for National Salvation" (ChCNS) with reference to a resident of Ali-Yurt who managed today in the morning to get out of the village blocked by the troops.
The eyewitness of the events has told the ChCNS that Russian soldiers have violently beaten Ramzan Nalgiev, 85, a resident of Ali-Yurt, who was going to the mosque for his morning namaz. As a result, his hips were broken. According to the information of the source, several teenagers in the age from 12 to 15 were also beaten.
The "Caucasian Knot" has already informed that the special operation in Ali-Yurt was conducted today starting from 4 a.m. with the aim to search and detain the persons who had shelled the FSB Unit in Magas. In the course of the operation, four suspects were detained.
