TSCHERIM SOOBZOKOV  -  BETRAYAL OF JUSTICE IN AMERICA

The false allegation stating Tscherim Soobzokov was a Nazi War Criminal initially was created by the United States Justice Department in 1971. It is evident that there was no basis in fact or law for the allegation. The outcome from this irresponsible and meritless accusation caused the assassination of Tscherim Soobzokov in 1985. The United States government was aware of Tscherim Soobzokov and the fact that he did not commit any war crimes, but for unexplained reasons, they permitted Soobzokov to be labeled as a Nazi War Criminal. They perpetuated one fabricated investigation after another that spanned over a decade. The deceptive conduct by certain officials within and outside of the United States government caused Tscherim Soobzokov’s death.

In June 1979, a cigar box containing a powerful bomb was mailed to Tscherim Soobzokov’s home. Soobzokov’s wife and three of Soobzokov’s five children were next to him when he was about to open the wrapping of the box. The cigar box was mailed from Philadelphia. All-Mighty God intervened, preventing Tscherim Soobzokov from opening the box. With the urging of Soobzokov’s family, the Paterson police were called and when a police officer arrived at the scene, he recognized that the box was in fact, a bomb. When the State Police investigated the content of the bomb, they had it detonated and indicated that the damage there from would have been substantial. At the same time that this was occurring, the department of Justice was seeking to denaturalize Soobzokov, and then deport him from the United States. Further, Tscherim Soobzokov’s son was on active duty as a sergeant in the United States Air Force. Soobzokov’s son was serving the United States while they were seeking his father’s destruction.

To this day, the attempted bomber and his conspirators still have not been arrested for the first attempt to assassinate Tscherim Soobzokov. The FBI is the investigative arm of the Justice department. Their success rate with respect to prosecuting Tscherim Soobzokov was zero. There is no dispute at this point that their success rate in apprehending the assassins of Soobzokov is also zero.

As previously indicated, in a prior post, on August 15, 1985 the assassins came to Soobzokov’s home in the early morning hours and planted the second bomb that was fatal. This time at the front door. Again, Soobzokov’s wife, daughters, and pregnant daughter in law were at home. Prior thereto, on August 14, 1985, Tscherim Soobzokov spoke with the FBI as he had over the previous week about threats to Soobzokov’s life, advising them that someone attempted to run him over. Again, the FBI was on notice from Soobzokov, but they took no action.  If they acted on Tscherim Soobzokov’s concern, he would not have been killed, and those who sought to harm Soobzokov would have been apprehended.  These contacts between Tscherim Soobzokov and the FBI were deleted from all government records.  The documents retrieved from Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), do not contain these conversations. Is it possible, or even probable, that in light of FBI/DOJ’s failed attempt to prosecute Tscherim Soobzokov, this resulted in a lack of empathy for Soobzokov’s safety and welfare….?

Documents on the investigation that I retrieved from FOIA clearly show that the entire investigation into Tscherim Soobzokov’s assassination was flawed, suspect, compromised, and was not motivated by justice. During the course of the investigation, multiple agents were assigned and removed from the Soobzokov case file.  Further, FBI they had suspects under surveillance for the assassination of Soobzokov but were handicapped by the United States Attorney. There was sufficient evidence and probable cause to make arrests, yet they failed to act.  In 28 years of contact with the FBI on my father’s case, I can unequivocally state that they are arrogant, are not to be trusted, seek only job security and do not honor their sworn oath to the United States. Clearly, there are exceptions, but in my experience these exceptions are limited. In light of the structure and agenda of the department of justice, the FBI has evolved into a political organization, and are no longer defenders of absolute justice. The FBI is now compelled to enforce selective justice.  Their failure to oppose their status translates into a conspiracy.

Redacted FBI documents retrieved via FOIA indicate that weeks after the fatal bombing, they had suspects under surveillance in New York and New Jersey. They believed that these suspects had planted the bomb that killed Tscherim Soobzokov.  In addition, these suspects flew from Newark to Los Angeles and were followed by the FBI only weeks after Soobzokov died.  According to FBI reports these suspects "broke away” from FBI surveillance and were subsequently concluded to be from the group that was responsible for the fatal bombing that killed Alex Odeh. The assassination of Mr. Odeh was the second fatal blunder by FBI that resulted in the loss of life to another human being. The FBI has extended a one million dollar reward for the arrest and successful prosecution of Mr. Odeh’s assassins. They did not, however, offer a reward for those that killed Tscherim Soobzokov.  After repeated inquiry of the FBI they have not explained the disparity to me, which is consistent with everything else in this case. Silence permits government from exposing the truth.    

The department of justice and office of the United States attorney did nothing at all in the "investigation” of the assassins that killed Tscherim Soobzokov. The FBI provided evidence to the United States Attorney’s Office and sought to empanel a grand jury to start prosecution of Soobzokov’s killers. The United States Attorney’s office dissuaded FBI and claimed such action was premature. Consequently, the suspects escaped the jurisdiction of the United States. The assassins escaped justice. The United States government has failed to provide equal justice under the law. However, it is worth noting that a few of the individuals involved in killing Tscherim Soobzokov that remained in America have since lost their lives in a equally violent manner, but their families were not exposed to harm. Their names are readily available.  Never under estimate the power of our Lord. Tscherim Soobzokov is a man of honor who was denied justice.
