MOSCOW. NOV 18 (Interfax) - Human Rights Watch has called on Russian law enforcement agencies to observe human rights while investigating the attack on Nalchik, the capital city of the Russian North Caucasus republic of Kabardino-Barlkaria, in October this year.
"Russian law enforcement officials have used ill-treatment to coerce confessions from suspects in the October 13 armed attacks in the Northern Caucasus city of Nalchik," Human Rights Watch said in a statement on November 18.
