On October 23, in the village of Ekazhevo in the Nazran region, Russian security officers detained local residents, brothers Maksharip and Amerkhan Khidriyev, reported the information center of the Council on NGOs in Chechnya (SNO) on October 25. The detainees are suspected of participation in the August 13 explosion on the "Saint Petersburg - Moscow" train.

It would seem that HRO.org has become the first public resource in Russia to be confronted with an attack of such ferocity and persistence. The human rights resource has effectively become in the frontline of the newest stage of "cybernetic warfare".
