The lawyer for Zara Murtazaliyeva, a Chechen woman jailed on charges of planning a terrorist attack in Moscow, has filed a complaint to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, Interfax reported.

Vladimir Suvorov has already appealed the sentence against her in Russia.

On Jan. 17, the Moscow City Court sentenced 21-year-old Murtazaliyeva to nine years in prison for preparing a terrorist attack, involving other people in a terrorist plot and illegally acquiring and storing explosives.

On March 17, the Supreme Court reduced her jail term to 8.5 years after a request by prosecutors following changes in the Criminal Code.

ПолитковскаяWe believe that the Chechen Republic will become free!

In Boston (State Of Massachusetts) the first attempt to selebrate the Day of Independence of the Chechen republic Ichkerija was made, wich was legally proclaimed September, 6, 1991 .

For comparison it is necessary to tell some words about the Declaration of Independence of USA which was signed in 1776, and the war begun by the English Crown for banning of independence of USA, had last eight years - till 1783 when the peace treaty was signed. And the American colonists were supported with powerful powers of that time: France and Spain due to what independence of USA was proclaimed.

In suffocating embraces of empire

These days pass days of memory of so-called <<Sandpiper fights>>, in completely deformed and false interpretation. The history of Tatars (Turkic peoples) - is a history of struggle for a survival from ruthless, devilish empires of moskowians.

For 450 years was thought up the ways of destruction of Turkic peoples: absolute annihilation of villages, drowing people in ice-holes, the violent christening, the amplified taxes, leaving them without means of subsistence. According to the Bashkir scientists by their possible number of Turkic peoples in case of their independence and independent from Russia, today there are only-7 % of Tatars, 3-4 % the Bashkir and 1 % distressful Nogaisc people, one of great Turkic peoples of Eurasia.
