The "Caucasian Knot" has already informed that on March 14, 2005, in several multi-storey houses, located in the Iyulskikh Dney Street in Nizhni Novgorod, unknown persons disseminated leaflets with accusations of approval of terrorism and assistance to Chechen militants directed to the address of Oksana Chelysheva. From: MSN NicknameEagle_wng (Original Message) Sent: 7/21/2007 2:20 AM CAUCASIAN KNOT / NEWS 19/7/2007 Trepashkin has adjudged three thousand euros from Russia The European Court for Human Rights has satisfied the complaint of Mikhail Trepashkin, retired FSB colonel, against his custody conditions at the Pre-Trial Detention Facility (SIZO) of the Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Dmitrov, the "Gazeta.Ru" reports. The press service of the Court informs that the Court has obliged Russia to pay out 3,000 euros to Trepashkin as compensation. The judges found that Russia had violated Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights (regarding prohibition of tortures). The Court has also recognized that Mr Trepashkin cannot be considered a victim according to Article 5 of the Convention (right to freedom and personal immunity) during his custody in the SIZO from October 22 to November 5, 2003. According to an eyewitness, the pogromists had obvious neo-Nazi appearance. They were severely beating the people sleeping in the camp, tore down and set the tents on fire. The eyewitness has supposed that among the victims there could be activists from the South Federal District (SFD) of Russia.
